The waterfront holiday park at 69 Loddings Lane used to be called Nagambie Lakes Leisure Park. It now trades as Discovery Parks Nagambie Lakes. This is an independent guide, not a park listing.
01The park in short
The park sits on a point almost surrounded by water, a few minutes' drive from the Nagambie shops, with a boardwalk connection towards town. It offers powered sites and a range of cabins, and it is the accommodation most families with a boat choose, because the free public Loddings Lane boat ramp is right by the park: you can launch each morning without towing through town. For site types, current prices and park rules, check Discovery Parks Nagambie Lakes.
02What reviewers say
The park is almost surrounded by water, with large sites for big rigs, cabins and a boardwalk into town. Lagoon-side powered sites are shadier and quieter than the ensuite sites near the pool. Dogs are allowed, and fires go in approved fire pits.
Grass sites get worn in busy seasons, and some reviewers want another amenities block. Staff experiences vary.
03Families and boats
Guests bringing a boat still need to check lake rules and closures. The lake has a 20 knot limit and anti-clockwise travel for powered boats; read boating and water skiing and what's on the lake this weekend before launch. Bank fishing near the park is possible, but the productive water is the old river channel and timber; see the hot spots guide.
04Booking for busy weekends
Accommodation across town fills early for large regattas, the first weekend of cod season in December and summer school holidays. Book ahead, and ask the park about boat parking before paying, because a site that fits a van does not always fit a van and a trailer.
